For extra credit Heidi's history teacher had them attend the Renaissance Festival...I had been wanting to go ever since we moved to San Tan Valley. So we went. Heidi had to interview 5 people that participated at the Festival. It was a really interesting, fun day! Here are some pics!

| Look at the prices! Yikes! |
| We waited for hours to get in! The line on the highway was miles and miles long! |
| Friendly ticket taker |
| This gal was really pleasant while we waited in line |
| These two greeters were very nice as well. |
| William the Brass rubber. Interesting craft. Nice man. |
| Scary Pirate |
| Leather maker...Been participating in Festivals for over 20 years! A little too nice! |
| Mug maker. Some of these people are really talented in their craft. |
| This guy was a world class whipper. |
| This guy swallowed swords and put nails, screws etc. in his nose. He was really funny! |
Heidi, with her ball and chain. The piarate told her since she was 15 she was already an old maid! She was a great sport!
If you are ever in the area and have an opportunity to go to the Renaissance Festival in Arizona, GO! |
